Beaugrand Township offers our Rental Hall for occasions requiring table seating for up to 96 people and a total capacity of 175 people. The daily cost for the hall varies depending on the type and size of gatherings, and is available on a first-come first-served basis.
We are pleased that you are considering our hall and hope you find it a pleasant experience.
Keys and security information must be picked up between 8am – Noon on the Friday prior to your event unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

- Rental time is 6 am – 12 am unless special arrangements have been made.
- Table seating for up to 96 people
- Capacity is 175 people
- 20 cu. ft. refrigerator with freezer
- 30 cu. Ft. double door cooler
- Two electric stoves/ovens
- One countertop microwave oven
- Two double sinks
- 20 rectangle tables
- ADA compliant restrooms
- Two urn style coffee maker
- Closet for coats with hangers
Renting
Rates
All rentals require a $200 deposit PLUS one of the following options below:
- For large parties which include anniversaries, adult birthdays, retirement, and graduation parties the rates are: $200 per day
- For smaller parties which include showers, children’s birthdays, family dinner, and funerals the rates are: $100 per day
- Funerals or memorials for residents are free, but still must have a deposit.
Ineligible Reasons
Beaugrand Township does not rent the hall out for:
- Weddings
- Bachelor Parties
- Fundraisers
- Auctions
- Garage Sales
Other request will be brought before the board for consideration
Obligations & Rules
- Always keep exit doors clear of obstacles
- Keep doors and windows closed so the furnace or air conditioner will work properly
- Be sure all lights are off when leaving (including restrooms).
- Be sure all doors are closed and locked
- Leave key on kitchen counter
- Renter must take all trash bags and other rubbish with them. Do not leave it behind.
