The Township Board of Trustees serves as the elected governing body responsible for overseeing the operations, finances, and policies of the township. Board members are elected to four-year terms and work to ensure that township business is conducted efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with state law.
The Board is composed of the Supervisor, Clerk, Treasurer, and Trustees. Together, they manage township finances, adopt the annual budget, enact ordinances and policies, and oversee public services and facilities. The Board also holds regular public meetings to conduct official business and encourage community participation. In addition, the Board appoints members to various boards and commissions and represents the interests of residents in local and regional matters.
